This past year, Johnny Bugs has grown exponentially thanks to customers like you recommending us to friends and family. Many of you took the time to write a review on Facebook and other social media sites which has helped us distinguish the service from our competitors and significantly boost our online search rankings. If you haven’t yet liked us on Facebook, make sure to find us and say hello! This upcoming year, we want to recognize and reward you for telling others about Johnny Bugs. Have your friends tell us you sent them and we’ll discount your next service by ten dollars ($10.00) for each new customer referred as a small token of our appreciation.
In other exciting news, we also have recently developed a smartphone app which is now available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Once downloaded, we’re now just a quick click away with bug identification resources, online scheduling, and information about caring for your pets while protecting them from common pests like fleas and ticks. Also, three times this past year we were featured in two of the pest industry’s premier national magazines for industry leading expertise. Most of this year’s success would not be possible without the help of two very special ladies. I want to take a moment to thank both Lynn and Jessica for their efforts. Many of you have come to know Lynn over the past two years as she helps me to keep your routine treatments on schedule. Recently, we also welcomed Jessica to aid with bookkeeping, outreach, scheduling, and general business organization. In addition to Lynn’s extensive professional calling experience, Jessica adds several years of both sales and administrative experience in the pest control industry and we are truly blessed to have such high caliber helpers!
